Un poco de mi historia
Mi interés por la Cultura Mexicana nació a través de la gran sabiduría de mi abuelo.
Desde muy niña sus charlas despertaron el amor por mis raíces. Recuerdo a mi mamá enseñándonos a continuar con las tradiciones mexicanas.
Mi primer traje mexicano fue el de “China Poblana”
Cuando tenía 3 años, mi mamá y mi abuelita lo bordaron copiando el que mi madre vistió cuando fue Reina de las Fiestas Patrias de Morelia. El gusto por los trajes regionales me viene de generaciones. Así he continuado con mi hijos.
Años después, mi abuela me fue regalando trajes ...
... como el de tehuana, el de chiapaneca, el de jarocha que me hizo. La verdad, nunca hubiera pensado que más tarde estarían presentes en diversos lugares de México y del mundo en los desfiles y exposiciones que he presentado.
Mis primeras experiencias sintiendo el folclor mexicano ...
... fueron gracias a mi querida maestra de baile regional, Bicha Arévalo. Con su apoyo en 1974 presenté mi primer desfile.

La he ido haciendo con el objetivo de preservar y dar a conocer nuestras tradiciones.

​​​​​​​Llevando por el mundo la riqueza textil de México, los trajes los han portado personas de diversos países cómo: Japón, Korea, India, Congo, Portugal, España, entre otros.
My interest in Mexican Culture, was born through the great wisdom of my grandfather, he inspired me and aroused the interest in my roots thanks to his great knowledge of the History of Mexico. I am Self-taught in History of Mexico because from a young age I have liked to learn about my country, so I have seen how through their costumes part of our historical greatness is reflected. I firmly believe that education is the shortest and safest way to the success of a country, which is why I have worked in voluntary cultural diffusion since 1989. I have always presented the Collection for altruistic purposes in different places and associations, with the aim of making our textile wealth known, and being able to "travel" through various corners of Mexico through their costumes. We have states where it is fascinating to see how from one rancheria to another change colors, embroidery and elements of the trousseau especially the feminine. The collection consists of 198 costumes, I have been doing it in order to preserve our traditions. You can make an exhibition or exhibition. If it were a parade, each costume is presented with local music giving a brief explanation of each outfit. What is collected for each presentation, I have donated to various Associations. My first Mexican costume was that of “China Poblana”, when I was 3 years old, my mom embroidered it, copying the one she wore when in 1946 she was Queen of the National Holidays of Morelia. Years later my grandmother gave me costumes like the one from Tehuana, the one from Chiapaneca, the one from jarocha, I never really thought that they would later be present in various places in Mexico and the world in the parades and exhibitions that I have presented They would be the beginning of my collection. The number of suits varies according to the place and the event I have had several titles: HISTORY OF MEXICAN COSTUMES; HERITAGE AND SPLENDOR OF MEXICAN COSTUMES; MEXICO: COLORS AND FLAVORS; MEXICO FULL COLOR; THE SUITS OF MEXICO AND FRIDA IN ALL COLOR. I have also presented on several occasions altars of the dead dedicated to different characters from different regions of Mexico and the world.
La Colección la he presentado siempre con fines altruistas ...
... en diversos lugares y asociaciones. El objetivo ha sido dar a conocer nuestra riqueza textil “viajando” por diversos rincones de México a través de sus trajes.

Tenemos estados donde es fascinante ver como de una ranchería a otra cambian colores, bordados y elementos del ajuar, sobre todo el femenino.

Se puede hacer una exposición o bien una exhibición. En los desfiles cada traje se presenta con música del lugar dando una breve explicación de cada atuendo.
Lo que se recauda por cada presentación lo dono para diversas Asociaciones.
El numero de trajes varia según el lugar y el evento.
Ofrendas a los muertos
La tradición de ofrendar a nuestros muertos aún esta viva. En cada rincón de nuestro México podemos ver ofrendas, cada una de ellas con el sello de la región a la que pertenece. Como otro aspecto importante relacionado con nuestra cultura, he presentado en varias ocasiones altares de muertos dedicados a diferentes personajes de distintas regiones de México y del mundo.
